Privacy

Updated 4 November 2026.

The free calculator runs inside your browser. The page does not send your entered sales, costs or hours to us, and does not save them in cookies or browser storage. Reloading clears your changes. Printing creates a copy through your browser.

Website and checkout

This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party fonts or behavioral analytics scripts. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may process ordinary request information, including IP address and user agent, to deliver and secure the website. We do not claim that hosting logs are anonymous.

Checkout is not active yet. When enabled, an external checkout provider will process payments and deliver files under its own privacy policy. We will identify that provider before sales open. Payment details will not be entered into this website.

Your downloaded files

The workbook has no macros or external data connections. Your local event records stay in your chosen files and storage service. If you upload a copy to a spreadsheet provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply.

We do not request customer names, customer contact details, passwords or card information in the calculator.

Support messages

If you email marketday@whodevelop.com, WHO DEVELOP LTD processes your email address and message through its business email service to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details. Support email is separate from the calculator, which does not transmit your inputs.
